IF YOU ARE OUT OF THE UNITED STATES AND YOU ORDER ON THURSDAY OR LATER. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR MASK WITH STANDARD SHIPPING PRICING. There just is not enough time to get it to you thru regular mail. The only option is to ship it USPS Global Express which costs Approx. $75.00. YOU MUST CONTACT ME THRU EMAIL BEFORE YOU ORDER TO ARRANGE FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING. If you order without contacting me I will assume you do not need these masks for Halloween and it will ship in the normal 2-3 week timeline.
