I've been an avid monster fan since the tender age of 6. Reading Famous Monsters and watching late night Frankenstein marathons. Building Aurora monster models and dressing up as Dracula and Frankenstein with my Collegeville and Topstone masks. I grew to love monsters and wanted to have them all over my room.

I pursued my goal of learning to make these amazing masks. Also achieving my goal of doing special makeup effects in Hollywood.

I'm the only makeup artist and mask maker that has ever worked the production lines at both Don Post Studios AND Distortions Unlimited.
I was Distortions Unlimited's first employee in 1979.
I made and sold the first licensed, mass produced Michael Myers mask EVER PRODUCED in 1981!!
I made the first wearable Freddy Krueger mask in 1985.
I made the first mass produced Jason Voorhees mask in 1981.
